Valerie Jo Wesche

Valerie Wesche age 86 of Tyndall, died Saturday April 25, 2020 at Good Samaritan Society, Tyndall.
Valarie Jo Wesche was born Friday, December 15, 1933 to George and Velda (Wager) Harris in Akron, Ohio. She grew up in Canton, Ohio where she graduated from high school. She also lived for a period in Copley, Ohio. While living in Effie, Minnesota, Valarie owned and operated Effie Café.
Valerie married Philip Wesche. For most of her career Valerie worked as a secretary for a utilities company. She and her husband lived in Sioux Falls, before settling down in Tyndall.
She was a caring and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working on puzzles and word games. She was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Valerie is survived by her husband Philip Owen Wesche; son Michael Allen and his wife Sylvia Wesche of Germany; grandson Anthony David Wesche of South Korea; granddaughter Preme Wesche Lawson of California; great grandchildren Channing and Lukas Grabis of Alabama, Michaela Porter of Virginia, Malaya Porter of Arizona, Malakas, Mia Hannah and Matea Shilo Lawson of California.
She was predeceased by her father George Washington Harris; mother Velda Hermoine Reynolds; brother William Reynolds Jr.; granddaughter Kristina Lynne Wesche and great granddaughter Ava Jacqueline Wesche.
