It is there that he died suddenly on Thursday, December 26, 2013, having achieved the age of 83 years, 8 months and 13 days.
Norman is survived by three brothers: Myron Ochsner of Scotland, Eldon and wife Marlene (Schneider) Ochsner of Scotland, and Ken Ochsner of Kaylor; four nephews: Mark Ochsner of Kaylor, John (Kim) Ochsner of Hartford, Robert Ochsner of Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Ardell (Betsy) Ochsner of Dubuque, Iowa; three nieces: Laura Ochsner of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Bev (Robert) Ulmer of Tabor and Cheryl (Marty) Munkvold of Tea; and eleven grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
