Nickolette “Nicki” Eileen Mann (Elias), 74, passed away on January 22, 2019.
Nicki was born on September 30, 1944 in Port Townsend, Washington to Steve and Marion Elias. She graduated from Billings High School in Billings, Montana in 1962. After high school, she attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings majoring in Sociology. In 1966, she married Walt Mann and they settled in Northern Michigan where Walt was stationed in the United States Air Force. Over the years, they moved countless times and lived in 12 states.
Throughout her life she worked for the Easter Seals Society, Pierpont Meals on Wheels, McMinnville Public Library, and was a certified credit counselor.
Nicki enjoyed following her wandering husband around the country making friends wherever she lived. She enjoyed baking, knitting, reading, calligraphy, and keeping up with friends and family on Facebook. She loved animals and had several dogs and cats and even a squirrel. She was a kind, caring, and giving person with a quick wit full of spice.
Nicki is survived by her husband, Walt; son, Shawn (Angela); grandchildren - Jerrod (Krista) Mann, Alyssa Standley, Jordan Standley, Bailee Mann, Tyler Mann; and great grandchildren - Ethan James, Archer Mann, Lukas Mann and numerous other family members around the world.
Nicki was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, pets, and her daughter Cyndi.
