Jolene Fredrickson was born on Saturday, May 31, 1958 to Mervyn and Thelma (Neuharth) Zwanziger in Tyndall, South Dakota. She graduated Tyndall High School in 1976. On March 15, 1991, Jolene was united in marriage to Roger Fredrickson. Throughout her life, she loved to cook and did so for restaurants, assisted living centers, and nursing homes. She enjoyed crafts, especially her quilting, crocheting, and needlework.
Jolene passed away in her home in Alpena, South Dakota with her family by her side on Friday, October 23, 2015 having attained the age of 57 years, 4 months, and 22 days.
She is survived and remembered by her husband of 24 years, Roger Fredrickson of Alpena; children: JoAnn Tynes, Tongela Egerdahl, Teresa Fredrickson, and James Fredrickson; step-children: Tonya Fredrickson and Talya Kunis; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and brothers: Merv Zwanziger and Dean Zwanziger.
She was preceded in death by her father Mervyn Zwanziger, sister Valalene Cassidy, and grandparents Leonard and Doris Zwanziger.
