Dr. Peter was a member of the BPC and served on the Session for many years. He was a dedicated Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat physician on the medical staff of Beckley Hospital from 1935 until he retired in 1974. In 2004 he moved to Yankton, South Dakota to be near Mary-Lee and her family and became a resident of the Majestic Bluffs Independent Living Center. In January of 2007, he celebrated his 100th birthday with many friends and family from several states and communities.
