Bonnie Bueber

Bonnie Blanche (Anderson) Bueber, 78 of Kaylor, SD, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society, Scotland.  

Visitation is 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, February 16 at Scotland Community Church. 

Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 17 at Scotland Community Church.

Interment will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 18 at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell.

Bonnie Blanche Anderson was born on May 12, 1946, to Robert and Blanche (Woytisek) Anderson in Manhattan, New York. She attended kindergarten in Manhattan, New York before moving with her family to Mitchell, SD, where she graduated in 1964. She attended Dakota Wesleyan prior to getting into banking and worked various jobs including being a branch manager at First National Bank in Mitchell. She then moved to Boulder, Colorado where she worked for 2 years in banking before returning to Mitchell and continued banking. 

Bonnie was united in marriage to Duane Bueber on November 25, 1977, at First American Lutheran Church in Tripp, SD. They lived in Tripp for 7 years before moving to the farm 3 miles east of Tripp. In 1984 they welcomed Andrew to their family. In 2011, Bonnie and Duane moved to Kaylor. 

Bonnie enjoyed golfing, playing softball for Tripp, throwing darts with the Kaylor Pink Ladies, bowling, and various other sports. Bonnie enjoyed watching her grandchildren at their various sporting events over the years. 

She is survived by her husband, Duane of Kaylor; a son, Andrew of Tripp; 3 grandchildren, Sutton, Owen, and Deacon of Tripp; siblings: Karen Spelbring of Mitchell, Robert Anderson Jr. (Sandy) of Sioux Falls, Ed (Eddie) Anderson (Eileen) of Mitchell, and Richard (Dick) Anderson (Betty) of Mitchell. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Blanche Anderson and in-laws, Bernhard and Regina Bueber.
